1. General

HI-GAIN is a networking equipment distributor based in Beirut, Lebanon. These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through our website, by phone, via WhatsApp, or in person at our showroom. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Pricing

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to keep stock information accurate, but inventory may change without notice.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier adjustments or currency fluctuations.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may differ slightly in appearance from images shown.
• Some prices are available only to registered and approved accounts. Contact our sales team for wholesale and volume pricing.

3. Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after we verify stock availability and process payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if the product is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.
• Order confirmations will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

4. Payment

• We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe).
• Full payment is required before or upon delivery unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing.
• All online transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party payment processors. HI-GAIN does not store your credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver to all regions in Lebanon. Delivery times are typically 1-3 business days from Beirut.
• Shipping costs, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
• In-store pickup is available at our showroom in Dora, Beirut during business hours.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
• Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@hi-gain.net or WhatsApp before sending the product back.
• Refunds are issued at HI-GAIN's discretion and may be provided as store credit.

7. Warranty

• All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand and product (typically 1-2 years).
• HI-GAIN handles warranty claims locally in Lebanon on behalf of the manufacturer.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power surges, lightning, water damage, or unauthorized modification.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

HI-GAIN provides networking equipment as-is from the manufacturer. We are not liable for:

• Network downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from equipment use or failure.
• Compatibility issues with third-party hardware or software not sold by HI-GAIN.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HI-GAIN or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
