Do you deliver across Lebanon?
Yes, we deliver to all areas in Lebanon. Orders from our Beirut warehouse typically arrive within 1-3 business days depending on your location. You can also pick up your order directly from our showroom in Dora, Beirut.
Do you ship internationally?
We primarily serve the Lebanese market. For international inquiries, please contact us at support@hi-gain.net to discuss shipping options and availability for your region.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, and online payment via credit/debit card (processed securely through Stripe). For large orders, we can arrange flexible payment terms — contact our sales team to discuss.
Warranty & Returns
What warranty do your products come with?
All products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty periods vary by brand — typically 1-2 years for most networking equipment. HI-GAIN handles warranty claims locally in Lebanon, so you don't need to ship products abroad for replacement or repair.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Defective items are covered under the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us before returning any product so we can guide you through the process.
